By creating an account or using TherapyScope ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
TherapyScope is designed for mental health and related professionals. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. By joining the waitlist or creating an account, you represent that the information you provide (including license and professional details) is accurate. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and deny access if verification fails.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. When using TherapyScope, you agree to:
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant TherapyScope a license to use, store, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate the platform (e.g. showing posts in the community, hosting events, job and referral listings). We may remove content that violates these terms or our policies, or for operational or legal reasons.

Paid features are subject to the plan you choose and any pricing terms shown at the time of purchase. Fees may be billed in advance and are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
All content, design, and branding on TherapyScope are the property of TherapyScope and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
The platform is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. TherapyScope is a professional network and practice tool; we are not responsible for the conduct of users or the outcomes of any professional or business decisions made using the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TherapyScope shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
You may close your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
